Events
Full Service Planning & Coordination
This package begins at day one of your planning and offers assistance with every detail of the event.  It is ideal for clients who want a stress free experience when planning their event.
•Budget management
•Vendor referrals
•Unlimited phone calls/emails leading up to your event date
•Setup of all meetings with vendors
•Review all contracts prior to your signing of them
•Attend all meetings with vendors
•We will be the primary contact for all of your vendors; we will be listed as their primary contact
and will only involve you when we feel the need arises            
•Unlimited walkthrough(s) of ceremony and receptions sites prior to your event date with you
             and/or vendors (depending on facility availability
•Provide a calendar of dates for upcoming deposits and balances to be paid
•Assistance in sourcing and deciding on all décor, style and event related items
•Pickup, organization, and delivery of all event related items
•Meet at venue 4-6 weeks from event date to finalize vendor, style, and coordination details
•Check in with all vendors the week of your event to confirm arrival times and verify contacts; act
as contact on event day to these vendors
•Rehearsal-Walkthrough of events with all parties involved with the event
•Creation of event day timeline and floor plan to be sent to all vendors
•Assist in arrangement of final payments to all vendors
•Greet all vendors on your wedding day and coordinate setup with them
•Oversee setup/breakdown
•Handle any last minute, emergency details that you need assistance with
•Light all candles and extinguish them at the end of the event
•Place all décor items, favors, portraits, table numbers, guest book, etc. in designated areas
and breakdown these items at the end

them into proper vehicle
•Gather all send-off items (bubbles, etc.) and distribute to guests to say goodbye

Day-of Coordination
This package begins one month prior to the event.  This package is best suited for those who have done all of their planning and vendor enlisting themselves and just need someone to take over the day of their event.
•Initial phone consultation to gather ideas and style of event
•Oversee setup/breakdown
•Handle any last minute, emergency details that you need assistance with
•Light all candles and extinguish them at the end of the event (KnL requires battery candles if our
Linens are used:
•Place all décor items, favors, portraits, table numbers, guest book, etc. in designated areas
And breakdown these items at the end
•Pack all décor items, favors, portraits, table numbers, guest book, etc. at the end and help load
Them into proper vehicle
•Gather all send-off items (bubble, etc.) and distribute to guests to say goodbye          
•Gather gifts to be sent home with designated member of the party or family member.
